About Us


Welcome to the Galloway Palm Beach Half Marathon Training Program. We train in Juno Beach, FL. The Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal of running a half marathon.  Pace groups are set to ensure a comfortable and safe pace for every training ability.

This national training program, and the run-walk-run method, was developed by and is still currently produced by Jeff Galloway and Phidippides Runners. Jeff has been involved with training programs in the U.S. since 1978. Jeff Galloway represented the United States at the 1972 Olympics in the 10,000 meter and as a marathon alternate.

The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you’re a beginner, we’ll show you how to get started with a safe fitness program and maintain your fitness level. If you are a more experienced runner, we’ll help you safely increase your speed and distance to run at your highest potential. The simplicity and wisdom of the program reflect Jeff’s motto: "Run Injury Free.”

The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and ages.  We focus on achieving your goal distance injury free while having fun and building fitness.  Bring a friend and join us for one of our Saturday group runs and experience great camaraderie, effective training and lots of support.

Come join one of the largest and most successful half and full marathon training programs in the country. You'll run with others of  your own ability using run/walk breaks in a fun, team environment. Please register at least 3 days in advance of the Saturday you would like to guest run.
